4.3 Order confirmation and contract formation

A binding purchase contract between you and MensVero is formed only when we send a separate email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount paid for the cancelled items.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed by us.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Delivery zones

MensVero currently focuses on deliveries within the Netherlands. Any limitations or future extensions to our delivery zones will be communicated on the website during checkout. Orders placed for delivery to addresses outside our supported zones may be cancelled and refunded.

7.2 Estimated delivery times

During checkout, we will present estimated delivery times based on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability. These estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
